Britney Spears was pictured wearing the dress at KIISfm Wango Tango concert at the staples center in LA but the day before Kim K was spotted wearing the same dress to a club in miami while out with her boyfriend Kris Humphries.

Britney Spears just doesn't seem to get anything right nowadays!!!!! (sigh)
